Our standard shipping fee is ₱80 for packages less than 3 kilos. Additional fees may apply for packages exceeding 3 kilos.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your estimated shipping time and a tracking number. Delivery typically occurs within 7-14 business days, and may take longer on some occasions. We do not provide a guarantee that your order will be delivered by any specific date and are not able to issue refunds for delayed orders.
Curvylish Boutique is not responsible for any failed deliveries due to invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays, or delays due to courier negligence.
*Due to travel restrictions brought by the pandemic, delivery may take longer than usual on some locations outside Luzon.

We have a 3-day return & refund policy on all orders which is subject for approval. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return an item within 3 days from the date of delivery, and someone from our customer support team will get in touch with you.
All returns must have the original tags on them and must be in original condition. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that show signs of wear and have stains will not be accepted.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds if returns do not meet our requirements.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately at email@example.com the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Due to possible physical differences between different monitors, cameras and lighting, the product photography is illustrative only, and may not precisely reflect the actual color of the item, these situations do not qualify as defects.
